We are pleased to inform you that the Fourteenth International Medical Congress of the South East European Medical Forum (SEEMF) – 20th Anniversary of the establishment of the organization of doctors from Southeast Europe will be held in the period 03-07.09.2025 in the city of Burgas, Republic of Bulgaria –  Information and Convention Center – Burgas.  Burgas is located in Southeastern Bulgaria, on the Black Sea coast and is the most dynamic and rapidly developing city in Bulgaria with a unique combination of nature, history and culture. The SEEMF Congress will be personally supported by the Mayor of Burgas and the Municipality of Burgas.

We have prepared an intriguing multidisciplinary program that will cover topics of key importance in everyday medical practice, modern methods and approaches of diagnosis, treatment and prevention of patients in the main medical fields: Obstetrics and gynecology, Surgery, Cardiology, Genetics and pathology, Internal medicine, Socially significant diseases, Health care and etc.

We expect the Fourteenth International Medical Congress of the SEEMF to be a major event with the participation of leading speakers, eminent representatives of medical academia, members of national medical associations, directors of medical institutions, health managers and others from all over the world. Official representatives of state and local institutions, Southeast European Medical Associations, heads and members of the World Medical Association, European Forum of Medical Associations, Standing Committee of European Doctors and others will be part of the event.

The Congress will apply for accreditation by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME).

Official languages of the Congress: Bulgarian, English, Russian.

The early registration fee for the Congress (paid by 15.05.2025) is set at 350.00 EUR and the regular registration fee (paid after 15.05.2025) is 500.00 EUR for participants. The accompanying fee is respectively 275.00 EUR (paid until 15.05.2025) and 400.00 EUR (paid after 15.05.2025).

The student registration fee is 180.00 EUR.

The participation registration fee includes:

• Participation in all scientific meetings of the Congress;
• Congress Materials;
• Cocktail;
• Official Dinner;
• 1 publication of an abstract in the Congress book in the relevant format;

The Book of Abstracts of the 14th SEEMF International Medical Congress will be identified by the International Standard Book Number (ISBN) held by the organization and will be in hard copy format.

Participants can upload abstracts in English, applied on the SEEMF website – www.seemfcongress.com, not later than 15^th August, 2025.
