At the end of January 2024, I had the pleasure to inform you that in the period of 10^th-12^th May, 2024, in Pamporovo, Bulgaria we are organizing a National Conference with International participation. The main topic of the Conference is “Public healthcare. Role and functions of the joint class organizations”. The Conference main goal is to unite practitioners, representatives of healthcare professionals – nursing and midwifery professionals and policymakers to exchange ideas, share knowledge and explore innovative solutions to contemporary public health challenges. We are committed to shaping a healthier future, where equitable healthcare is not a privilege, but a right accessible to all.

The main venue of the Conference is Hotel Perelik-Orlovez, Pamporovo resort, Bulgaria. We consider your participation at the conference valuable and would expect your involvement to be supported with a presentation/updated overview of the Healthcare system in your countries and the role of the joint class organizations.(Institutional framework, process, content and implementation of health and healthcare policies). We have scheduled the scientific session of the Conference on 11^th May 2024, 9.00-17.00, local time.

Parallel with the Conference SEEMF regular Board meeting will be held on 11^th May 2024, 5.00 p.m.

1. Information on SEEMF activities after the Twelfth International Medical Congress – Prof. Dr. Andrey Kehayov.

2. Information on the progress of the SEEMF Medical Journal pilot issue – Andrey Kehayov – SEEMF President.

3. Information on the organizational activities for the Thirteenth International Medical Congress of  SEEMF, 04^th -08^th  September  2024, Budva, Montenegro – Dr. Zanka Cerovic – President of the Montenegrin Medical Chamber, Prof. Andrey Kehayov –SEEMF President.

4. Any other business.

We will welcome additional attendance from each SEEMF member organization and will be thankful if you disseminate the information about the Conference on Public Healthcare and invite for participation colleagues from your country in the field of healthcare.
